It’s almost the end of 2020, and we would like to think sexism and sexual harassment has no place at work, right? Wrong. Sadly it is still very prevalent. According to a recent survey, 40% of women (and 18% of men) report being sexually harassed at work. This figure hasn’t changed since 1982 when reporting started.
From unconscious bias and microaggressions to outright misogyny and harassment, it’s still out there and affecting us.
Tash speaks to Leigh and Amy, who generously share their stories of sexism and harassment at work.
